In this article, controllable micro/nanostructures were successfully obtained by electrospinning with the emulsion dispersions of polystyrene and poly(vinyl alcohol) (PS/PVA). The micro/nanostructure of electrospun PS/PVA emulsion dispersions such as corn‐like, spindle‐like, and bowl‐like (or bracelet‐like) were precisely controlled by regulating the electrospun parameters including the surfactant, the applied voltages, and the compositions of PS/PVA emulsion dispersions. The non‐ionic surfactant (Poloxamer) was crucial for the stability of the PS/PVA emulsion dispersions although the surfactant in PS/PVA emulsion was in tiny amount. The high applied voltages were beneficial for the forming the “lined‐fiber” structure but not for spheroids structure (bracelet‐like structure). Moreover, the increasing content of PS in PS/PVA emulsion resulted in more spheroid structure than the “lined‐fiber.” This work was meaningful for the forming mechanism of micro/nanostructure in emulsion electrospinning and made a potential contribution for controllable fabrication of micro/nanostructure of the electrospun PS/PVA emulsion dispersions. © 2018 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 利用两种方法制备了纳米Fe-Al金属间化合物:一种是利用氢电弧等离子体法在自制的设备中以Fe-28Al-5Cr块体材料为原料,利用电弧高温蒸发制备出纳米Fe-Al基金属间化合物,该方法制得的纳米粒子呈球形,平均粒度30 nm,为B2相结构。在600℃真空退火1 h后,纳米粒子发生了B2→DO3相转变;第二种是利用机械合金化方法,将氢电弧等离子体法制备的纳米金属铁、铝单质置于球磨罐中混合湿磨,发现湿磨10 h形成了Fe-Al金属间化合物。 相似文献

A multi-functional micro-arc plasma spraying system was developed according to aerodynamics and plasma spray theory. The soft switch IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) invert technique, micro-computer control technique, convergent-divergent nozzle structure and axial powder feeding techniques have been adopted in the design of the micro-arc plasma spraying system. It is not only characterized by a small volume, a light weight, highly accurate control, high deposition efficiency and high reliability, but also has multi-functions in plasma spraying, welding and quenching. The experimental results showed that the system can produce a supersonic flame at a low power, spray Al2O3 particles at an average speed up to 430 m/s, and make nanostructured AT13 coatings with an average bonding strength of 42.7 MPa. Compared to conventional 9M plasma spraying with a higher power, the coatings with almost the same properties as those by conventional plasma spray can be deposited by multi-functional micro-arc plasma spraying with a lower power plasma arc due to an improved power supply design, spray gun structure and powder feeding method. Moreover, this system is suitable for working with thin parts and undertaking on site repairs, and as a result, the application of plasma spraying will be greatly extended. 相似文献

The experimental researches on Equal Channel Angular Extrusion (ECAE) process of commercial available Al-6061 alloy were conducted and the grain refinement after ECAE processing was investigated. Sixteen passes of ECAE processing at room temperature were conducted and the relationship of grain refinement with extrusion pass was established. The property enhancements after ECAE processing including ultimate tensile strength and Vickers microhardness were investigated to determine the effects of the number of ECAE passes on the mechanical properties of the extruded samples.
